Deployed Infrastructure Solutions emerged through a series of restructures and rebrands. Owned and operated by Gabe Lijoi, the founder of FiveG Inc., which later became The Pole Guys, the journey has been quite remarkable. You might be wondering, "Three different name changes? What must have happened?!" To grasp the name changes, it's essential to understand the history.
FiveG Inc. was established in 2019 after Gabe received a call from his cousin, who owned one of the largest manufacturing facilities in South Florida, also home to a significant powder coating operation in the southeast. His cousin shared insights into opportunities in the 5G market, focusing on manufacturing small cell poles for carriers, which he had already begun doing. Realizing the market was rapidly expanding, Gabe assembled a team to delve into the small cell pole space. Within weeks, FiveG Inc. was born, co-founded by Gabe and a partner.
As time progressed, FiveG expanded beyond just small cell poles for the 5G market, venturing into distribution poles, light poles, towers, and monopoles. Around this period, Gabe and his partner decided to part ways, leading Gabe to seize the moment to rebrand and restructure the company as The Pole Guys at the start of 2023. This rebranding felt fitting, given their growing reputation for quality, turnaround time, and customer service. Coinciding with this transition was a move to their newly renovated facility in Vero Beach, Florida.
As The Pole Guys, the company broadened its product lines significantly, introducing various vault options made from steel, concrete, polyconcrete, and aluminum, as well as custom full OEM bracketing, shrouds, rooftop mounts, and concealment options. It soon became evident that The Pole Guys no longer encapsulated the full range of their offerings.
Thus, Deployed Infrastructure Solutions was born. Our primary goal is to assist you and your end customer in having their infrastructure deployed on time and within budget. With a dedicated team of engineers, fabricators, sand blasting and powder coating experts, an experienced service team, and an executive team ensuring focus on the main goal, your project is safe in our hands. Our commitment to engineering manufacturing sourcing underscores our dedication to delivering exceptional results.
We pride ourselves on being your one-stop shop for all infrastructure needs, including deployed infrastructure solutions. This means collaborating with you from your project's inception all the way through to a successful deployment. With a team of experienced engineers, our first step is to ensure that there are no structural flaws in your project. We utilize third-party PE stamps on all our engineering manufacturing sourcing projects to guarantee everything is double-checked and meets code requirements. Once we have our stamps and our customer signs off on the drawings and design, your project is handed off to our manufacturing team to begin the fabrication and manufacturing process. Manufacturing is overseen by our quality control manager until completion and approval, followed by finishing. We offer several finishing options, including in-house sand blasting, in-house powder-coating, in-house painting, and galvanizing. Once your project is completed, including any small cell poles, it receives final approval and heads off to your location.
At Deployed Infrastructure Solutions, we understand that we stand apart from most of our competitors, starting with the most crucial fact: we manage all of our engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing in-house. Unlike others, we don’t claim to manufacture for you only to outsource the work to a fabricator down the road without any oversight. We also don’t rely on a third-party engineering company to design our small cell poles, vaults, or towers; instead, we consult the best third-party engineering firms to ensure our work receives a stamp of approval once completed. Our commitment extends to keeping all our manufacturing processes in-house, avoiding the delays and frustrations that come from outsourcing tasks like sandblasting, powder coating, or painting. As a small team, we operate efficiently at Deployed. Frequently, customers tell us that their biggest challenge with other manufacturers is the lack of communication—where the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. That’s not the case here. We guarantee that every step involved in bringing your project to life is monitored, controlled, and discussed daily across the company.
